We are delighted to announce the successful completion and handover of the first 138 units at Mile End, Colchester.
This development, which is being delivered in phases, will comprise 171 units in total, including modern 2, 3, and 4-bedroom family homes and 2-bedroom flats available for private rent. We are pleased to be part of this project, providing Clerk of Works, Employerโs Agent, and Quantity Surveying services for Leaf Living.
These homes look great and residents are already occupying properties as each phase is completed. The final homes are being phased to complete early 2025.
