We’re delighted to announce that Millers Quay at Wirral Waters has won Build-to-Rent Development of the Year at the Insider’s annual North West Residential Property Awards!
The judges were impressed with how the design responds to the location, noting its uniqueness to the location and impressive sustainable credentials. The Public Private partnership model used to develop the scheme is an unrivalled model which can be a catalyst for other schemes to be brought forward.
This impressive Build-to-Rent scheme, developed by Peel Waters in partnership with Pension Insurance Corporation plc (PIC), features 500 high-quality one- and two-bedroom apartments, including 100 affordable homes, across six striking colourful blocks along the waterside.

Phase 2 of Millers Quay has recently completed, adding 350 sustainable apartments across four distinctive blocks – Soda Factory, Salt House, Glaze Works, and Lime Studio. With Phase 1 reaching 80% occupancy within five months, demand is expected to remain high.
