We are very pleased to announce that Newcastle Helix has won the 2019 Estate Gazette ‘Collaborators Award’.
Newcastle Helix is a striking, multi-million-pound redevelopment of the former Newcastle Brewery site, which combines commercial and residential space, with research and education facilities. It is one of the largest urban regeneration schemes of its kind in the UK and spans over 9.7 hectares. The project is a collaboration by Newcastle City Council, Legal & General and Newcastle University.
Potter Raper are acting, on behalf of Legal & General, as the Employer’s Agent and Project Managers, notably, on two office schemes – ‘The Spark’ and ‘The Lumen’, and a high-rise residential block and the multi storey carpark, all of which form part of the wider Newcastle Helix redevelopment.
