The newly refurbished Sixth Form Pavilion at Northwood College for Girls GDST is being thoroughly enjoyed by students and staff.
We provided Project Management and Quantity Surveyor services for the Pavilion Refurbishment over the course of 5 months which was completed recently in March 2021.
The refurbishment comprised of the transformation of the old food technology and textiles space into a new sixth form centre. The ground floor is now staff offices, a fitness suite and a careers library, whilst the first floor is an open plan common area with a study zone and a kitchenette.
By managing client and end user expectations, we have managed to deliver a project which we are all proud of and provide an inspiring space for students to learn and socialise. The photographs were kindly shared with us by Envoplan.
We also look forward to completing a brand new Science Block for the school next year.
