We are pleased to announce the completion of Packham Road Garage site.
Packham Road was once an unused infill site, which has since been transformed to create new affordable homes which include vibrant external works and new access ways.
Through a collaborative approach and hard work, Packham Road now provides 6 terraced family homes, 3 bungalows and 1 wheelchair-accessible bungalow with occupational therapist adaptations. Tenants have already started taking occupancy and the feedback has been excellent.
Potter Raper played a big part in the scheme’s success, acting as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor, Principal Designer and Clerk of Works.
We are now looking forward to working with Gravesham Borough Council on St Hilda’s Way, which is due to complete in October 2019, providing a further 17 new homes.
