We recently attended a progress meeting at Patmore Street with Wandsworth Borough Council and Bugler Developments. The plant room has been pre-fabricated and skillfully hoisted onto the roof, and it was great to see the views across the Battersea Power Station development.
The project is being delivered as part of ‘Homes for Wandsworth’ initiative and will include 57 new council rent homes, a community room, bicycle parking, enhanced landscaping, and a multi-use games area. The project is being built on an existing council-owned site.
Tom Poulton, Associate Director from Potter Raper, shares, “It’s great to see Patmore Street taking shape. Potter Raper has thoroughly enjoyed working on this development, acting as the Employer’s Agents, Principal Designers, Clerks of Works, and Quantity Surveyors. Completion is on track for later this year, and we look forward to seeing the end result.”
