We attended the Topping Out Ceremony at Patmore Street!
The Patmore Street project is being delivered as part of ‘Homes for Wandsworth’ initiative. The project will include 57 new council rent homes, a community room, bicycle parking, enhanced landscaping, and a multi-use games area. The project is being built on an existing council-owned site.
We look forward to continuing to work with Wandsworth and Bugler Developments acting as Employer’s Agent’s, Principal Designer’s, Clerk of Work’s and Quantity Surveyor’s.
With completion set for later this year, we are excited to see this development take shape.
