The front wing offers retail at street level with offices over 9 floors, whilst the rear wing overlooks the podium park and is arranged over 10 floors. The top 3 levels benefit from landscaped roof terraces.
A new piazza was created at ground level and becomes a public square fronting Hammersmith Road, whilst the podium to the rear of the building is re-configured into a space that has become an urban pocket park for the occupants, the surrounding neighbours and the local community.
