To conserve and fully restore and reorder the Grade II listed mansion house for use by private club members. The house was designed by Architect Henry Holland and completed in 1775. The site includes Grade II listed gardens and grounds with Grade I listed ornate stone gate piers. The gardens were designed by Capability Brown and were one of his first commissions before he came to fame.

Conservation and refurbishment to the mansion internally including reordering the upper-level areas and the construction of a new external plant room. The main principal rooms on the ground floor were fully conserved and restored. Installing new services throughout. Recovering the upper roof and terraces, decking and restoring the Portland stone parapets.
