Designed by award-winning Architects Assael, this development provided 88 private and 15 affordable units with a mix of spacious 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, each with their own private balcony, 1 premium apartment on the 7th floor with a large wrap-around balcony and 4 penthouses on the 9th floor with roof terraces. Theres also 6 high-quality commercial spaces, an elegantly designed reception lobby with dedicated 24-hour concierge and facilities including a private gym, sauna, screening room, dining room and lounge. The scheme provided residents with a terrace with landscaped courtyard and outdoor seating, providing a quiet retreat from the City.
The project involved the demolition of a mixed-use block located in the shadow of the post office tower. The new development has a concrete frame on piled foundations with brick cladding, constructed in three separate blocks on a ground floor podium with landscaped amenity gardens.
