Energy efficiency is a key driver for the project which incorporates fabric first enhancements ranging from increased u-values to ground floor and external walls, triple glazing, and maximising air tightness levels. Further sustainable features include Air Source Heat Pumps, PV panels and Solar Thermal units to minimise carbon emissions and to further benefit from savings on operational costs.
