This development features nine towers and mansion blocks, ranging in height from 8 to 38 levels, and includes a total of 1,225 rental homes. These units comprise a mix of studio, one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments. The development is centred around a landscaped public square and includes additional green spaces designated for use by residents.

On-site communal facilities include workspace, a cinema, a games room and private dining area, a social area, private roof terrace, state-of-the-art gym, wellbeing studios and a spa with 25m swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
