The Design and construction of 49 private sale apartments with the implementation of an underground car park and a centralised private courtyard area. Cosway Street is one of three sites we’ve been appointed on under this contract. The other sites include Ashbridge Street and Ashmill Street.

The site is in the heart of Marylebone in the City of Westminster which is within the Lisson Grove Conservation Area.
The building presents an eye-catching façade which incorporates precast curved brick panels manufactured off-site and delivered to site for installation. The main entrance divides the north and south block and is marked with a corbelled stone surround. The balustrades are simple yet elegant, echoing those of the railings to typical Georgian terrace.
