JV – Project Agreement
The erection of a new warm shell for a multiplex cinema, along with Travelodge Hotel and associated car parking. This was Phase 1 of the overall development masterplan for this town-centre facility.
Potter Raper provided Fund Monitoring Surveying services in Ashford’s Developing Funding Agreement with their Development Partner, Stanhope Plc. Services included the review of project costings and Developer’s Appraisal.
We also provided Post Contract Monitoring Surveying on behalf of Ashford Borough Council including release of funds and reporting on risk.
