TESTIMONIAL
‘In creating the new cultural centre of Elwick Place, Potter Raper provided pro-active risk advice to the Council throughout the development process. Their input allowed us to minimise our exposure to financial, legal, compliance and reputational risk. In the delivery of a key-council, strategic project, their input was an essential part of the delivery team.’ – Paul McKenner, Head of Corporate Property and Projects; Ashford Borough Council
