Extension, refurbishment and remodelling of an existing 70,000ft² Grade A office building to provide additional office floorspace and associated amenities.

Works comprised formation of new building entrance (5-storey) on the corner of Church Street West and Victoria Way, installation of dormer windows and use of 4th floor as Class B1 office floorspace, use of part of basement car park to provide office amenities including gym, cycle parking and changing facilities, creation of additional Class B1 office floorspace within atrium area, enclosure of existing entrance area to form Class A3 café/restaurant use and siting of plant equipment, with plant screens, at roof level.
