The project comprises the demolition of industrial buildings and the design and construction of 16 private sale, 109 shared ownership and 45 social rent homes on the 1st to 13th floors, 3,716m² of BREEAM ‘Excellent’ flexible light industrial and B2/B8 workspace and public realm landscaping works.
The existing brick facades of the industrial buildings to the northern and western boundaries of the site will be retained, as well as the redundant industrial chimney within the public realm and landscaping.
