Creation of a new GP facility bringing together two local GP practices, Ascot Medical Centre and Green Meadows Surgery, under one roof; in close proximity to the new Heatherwood Hospital.

Creation of shared reception/waiting rooms serving the two practices; new consultation rooms, treatment rooms, prescription office, admin accommodation, staff rest room and toilet facilities.

The project developed and extended a vacant ward in ‘Block 40’ which was part of the vacated Heatherwood Hospital.

Works involved close liaison with the new Heatherwood Hospital project, for which Potter Raper were the Project Manager, to accommodate new and existing infrastructure; gas and water and data, which crossed the Hub car park and to coordinate the external works undertaken by the same subcontractor on the two sites.
