Provision of a seafront community business centre on a brownfield site, including community gardens and market areas.

Redevelopment of an existing contaminated brownfield site on a beachfront location. The project comprises 24 affordable units, including retail, offices, studios and commercial development. Other facilities include a café and covered market area. Extensive external works including parking and community gardens, were also formed part of the development for the community.

Potter Raper ensured that the project met the budgets set out in the contract and managed the finances once the contract was finalised. We also assisted in providing information to the project to secure additional funding.
