49 social rent apartments, 12 one-bedroom apartments, 22 mixed one/two-bedroom apartments and 2 commercial units (one supermarket and one takeaway shop).

Phase 1 has seen the successful delivery of two ground floor commercial premises and social rent accommodation comprising 37 one-bedroom apartments. The commercial units provide a new supermarket and takeaway shop.

The phase 1 block also provides the residents with a communal garden which was designed by local pupils of the Priory School as part of a design competition. The winning design was selected by a panel of residents due to move into the new block once completed.

Phase 2 will include affordable rented and shared ownership accommodation including landscaping and public realm works to benefit the new and existing residents on the estate.
