Potter Raper are appointed to provide multi-discipline services utilising both the Client’s existing term partnering contract as well as bespoke tendering under a new framework utilising the JCT forms of contract to support the London Borough of Southwark’s long-term regeneration plans.
Works include the councils ‘Hidden Homes’ projects which aim to change the use of existing retail units and laundry rooms to residential use, traditional ‘Decent Homes’ refurbishment schemes as well as larger estate complex refurbishment projects.
We have worked with the London Borough of Southwark for over 30 years. In the last 5 years alone we have delivered in excess of 300 projects, a sample of which is outlined below:
