The refurbishment of The Avebury included CAT A fit out of 4 storeys of office space, with a new reception, breakout space complete with a communal workstation, tea point and roof terrace.

A refurbishment to give the building a much-needed refresh and increase the number of amenities provided.

The existing office spaces have been improved by maximising the ceiling height, as well as new showers and cycle store facilities. A brand-new communal workstation with a tea point and large roof terrace have been added, meaning this building offers some unique amenities to the area. There is a CAT A+ space on the ground floor to work as a ‘marketing suite’ for future tenants.

The project also included a full strip out and replacement of the building’s services, as well as the replacement of all the glazing and the roof.
