New-build scheme comprising 69 new-build houses and flats in the total sum of £18 million. The project was procured through a 2-stage Design and Build route.

Potter Raper were employed to manage this scheme through to completion. We produced the original cost plan, prepared the tender documents, negotiated the second stage price, contract documents for signature and managed al the duties post-contract including:-

  • Valuations
  • Meetings (Design team meetings, project team meetings)
  • Snagging

Potter Raper were appointed as Principal Designer, to ensure all parties duties were discharged under the CDM Regulations 2015. Collation of Pre-Construction Information, project team Competency Assessment and review of the Design Risk Assessments, review of all drawings, Principle Contractors Construction Phase Plan and issue Health and Safety File template.

We Liaised directly with the Client and the Principle Contractor regarding any urgent matters requiring attention to ensure the appropriate risk management was delivered within the project.
