The building provides 100,000 sq ft of Grade A commercial office space that is fully BCO compliant, along with a double-height shared reception area and touch down space. A triple height A3 unit opens onto St James Boulevard.
The development has achieved both BREEAM “Excellent” and a WiredScore Gold rating, as well as connecting into a District Energy network that provides all services to the building.
We were also appointed as Project Manager on The Spark, an office building of a similar scale on the adjacent plot, which completed in 2022.
