The building provides 100,000 sq ft Grade A commercial office space that is fully BCO compliant, with a shared double-height reception area and separate 5,000 sq ft A3 café units facing onto public squares.
The development is designed to BREEAM “Excellent” with an APC rating of A, and a WiredScore Platinum rating, and is connected into a District Energy network that will service the building.
Potter Raper were also appointed as Project Manager on The Lumen, an office building of similar scale on the adjacent plot, which completed in 2020.
