The demolition of an existing podium deck and construction of  35 social rent flats (14 one bed flats, 12 two bed flats and 9 three bed flats) with associated improvement works to the wider estate, including the construction of a new multi-use games area and the creation of new landscaped grounds and play areas.

This development included the demolition of an existing podium deck where the original MUGA was situated, to allow for the construction of the 5 storey block. In addition to the new flats, an outdoor space has been constructed with play equipment, table tennis tables and enhanced landscaping.
