The new building has bicycle storage and showers in the basement, office and residential entrance halls, a retail unit and an electrical substation on the ground floor. The first to fourth floors are dedicated to Cat A office space, while the fifth and sixth floors house private residential accommodation, including two studios, one two-bedroom duplex and two three-bedroom duplexes.

The demolition was carried out separately to allow for archaeological excavations by the Museum of London Archaeology, as the site is of historical interest.

The building will meet BREEAM Excellent standards and includes environmentally friendly elements such as a blue roof, photovoltaic panels, air source heat pumps for residences, and air purification for the offices. The IT infrastructure will achieve the Wired Score Platinum standard.

The façade consists of natural sandstone panels on precast concrete backing, with full-height double-glazed bay windows and spandrel panels between floors.
