The new Silberrad student centre forms the largest new building on campus since 1965. Set on the iconic lake within the grounds of the University, the Silberrad provides an integrated learning centre, student media centre, student facilities and Council board room. Due to it’s placement, it also provides a new front door to visitors to the University.
The existing Albert Sloman Library was extended with double height library and study areas, inclusive of special collections areas. Feature concrete and striking engineering provide a dramatic exterior view.
