Miller’s Quay (previously known as ‘The Legacy’ and ‘Wirral Waters One’) is the cornerstone of the wider re-development of Wirral Waters, a 500-acre brownfield site and former dockland.
Peel L&P (owner and developer of the site) have launched a 30-year strategy for Wirral Waters to transform the area into a mixed-use, high-density, sustainable location reinventing the waterfront and elevating the area. Wirral Waters is set to become the largest regeneration project in the UK, creating up to 20,000 permanent jobs.
Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC) is the sole investor for Miller’s Quay project.
