We are pleased to announce the practical completion of the Next Extension project in Rotherham.
This transformative project has significantly expanded Next’s distribution warehouse at Brookfield Park by an impressive 18,895m², towering to a height of 20 meters and offering 492 parking spaces. Collaborating closely with clients Legal & General Real Assets and Next, we proudly served as the Fund Monitors throughout the project’s execution.
The project includes the installation of PV panels on the new extension’s roof. These panels, installed by Lynx Group, provide a third of the electricity required to power the building.
The site is located on the outskirts of Rotherham in a wider development which was granted Enterprise Zone status to stimulate investment and create employment. The extension will include a mix of offices and an industrial space, as well as a new service yard and loading dock doors.
