This development has delivered 67 new homes, 100% of which are affordable, including 29 Social Rent and 38 Shared Ownership properties. In addition to the homes, the project features a Social Care Centre, a commercial unit, and landscaping.
As a flagship project for London Borough of Waltham Forest, this marks the beginning of their exciting new development portfolio in the area.
Our team worked closely with our client, Waltham Forest Borough Council, throughout the planning and delivery stages, ensuring the project was completed on time and optimised to meet the council’s objectives.
