Despite the challenging times we all face, Potter Raper are staying strong and looking to a positive future. We are delighted to announce that we have promoted Simon Foulkes, George Bennett, Peter Ball and Peter Davis to Associate Directors.
Simon has worked as a Senior Employerโs Agent at Potter Raper since 2019 and has over 10 years professional consultancy experience in the construction industry, working for Private Developers, Housing Associations and Contractors, predominantly across London and the South-East. Simon’s experience is primarily in the design and management of construction projects in the residential sector, including complex new build infill sites to larger mixed use developments, major internal and external refurbishment, conversions and estate maintenance (Major Works) projects, with a build cost ranging between ยฃ300k and ยฃ50 million.
When not in the office, Simon enjoys attending the gym and watching the Rugby.
George joined Potter Raper in 2009 and has been a Senior Employerโs Agent in our Beckenham Office since 2018 working within the residential and leisure sectors. Whilst at Potter Raper, George has become a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has undertaken a Post-Graduate Diploma in Surveying. George has worked largely in the residential sector, delivering a number of units on projects of different sizes ranging from small, tight infill sites to larger mixed-use developments comprising of a mix of unit types.
When not in the office, George enjoys all sports and spending time with his family.
Peter Ball has worked as a Senior Employerโs Agent at Potter Raper since 2018 and works mainly within the residential sector, whilst also being involved in the healthcare sector and schemes for the elderly. Whilst at Potter Raper, Peter has become a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Peter has worked on a variety of schemes across the South East providing new and refurbished homes. The projects that Peter has worked on vary in size and value.
When not in the office, Peter enjoys golf, travelling and going to gigs.
Peter Davis has been working at Potter Raper since 2019 as a Senior Health, Safety and Environmental Consultant. Peter has worked as an independent HSE Consultant for a varied Client base for 15 years, predominantly construction related. Peter has worked in various different working environments including Local Authority and Housing Associations; schools and universities; private and social housing refurbishment and new-build; police, fire and emergency authorities; premier league football; Commercial construction and civil engineering projects; reinforced concrete; aviation; HM Naval base; highways; hospital and healthcare.
When not in the office, Peter is enthusiastic about cooking and likes to forage for ingredients, enjoys wildlife photography, sport shooting and skiing.
