We are pleased to announce the following promotions within our London office:
Kate Ball, Project Manager, promoted to Associate Director. Kate has been working at Potter Raper since 2019 and has worked across most sectors including the Sky Studios project at Elstree with Legal and General.
Matt Gregory, Project Manager, promoted to Associate Director. Matt has been working at Potter Raper since 2012 delivering Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Fund Monitoring services for a diverse client base. Matt has worked across a wide range of sectors including retail, hotel, leisure and residential with a particular focus on large-scale commercial projects.
Andrew Thorp, Project Manager, promoted to Associate Director. Andrew has been working at Potter Raper since 2019 and is a design focused Project Manager experienced in leading complex multi-million pound retail, healthcare, hospitality, residential, office headquarters, R&D and production facilities for both domestic and international clients. Recently he has been Project Managing Heatherwood Hospital in Ascot, the largest, new build NHS Hospital within the M25 and is currently working with GDST on their new Junior School at Notting Hill and Ealing High School.
James Whitworth, Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor, has been promoted to Associate Director. James has been working at Potter Raper since 2008 and provides Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Fund Monitoring services across a wide range of sectors.
