Progress on the Queen Edith’s Way project

We’re thrilled to share the progress on the Queen Edith’s Way project! This joint venture between Cambridge City Council and Hill Partnership is transforming a former brownfield site into eight energy-efficient, low-carbon family homes in Cambridge’s Cherry Hinton ward. Each home will include sustainable features like Air Source Heat Pumps, PV panels, and EV chargers, contributing to a greener, future-proof community.

As Employer’s Agent, we’re proud to help ensure every detail is expertly managed on this project, set for completion early next year.

With a focus on sustainability, partnership, and community impact, we’re excited to be involved in a project that’s building homes to make a real difference.
