This joint venture between Cambridge City Council and Hill Partnership is transforming a former brownfield site into eight energy-efficient, low-carbon family homes in Cambridge’s Cherry Hinton ward. Each home will include sustainable features like Air Source Heat Pumps, PV panels, and EV chargers, contributing to a greener, future-proof community.
