We are proud to have been included in the Building Good Employer Guide 2025!
The Building Good Employer Guide 2025 not only highlights the best-in-class initiatives that are reshaping workplaces but also explores how the sector is embracing new ways of working, post pandemic. As one of just 45 companies included, we are committed to changing the narrative around the construction industry – an industry that must attract a new generation of talent. Through innovative policies and employee-focused practices, we are helping to create a more inclusive, supportive, and rewarding sector.
On 6th March, our Director, Nicola Tilbury, and HR Manager, Jacqueline Franks, attended the Building Good Employer Guide Live event. The event explored how great employers attract, retain, and inspire talent while managing the evolving workforce.
As an SME, we are passionate about fostering an inclusive and forward-thinking workplace. From engaging new talent to championing Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), we take pride in the initiatives we’ve implemented to support our employees and future professionals.
