We work with a number of institutions in a variety of sectors which include student accommodation, residential, offices, care homes and large distribution centres for projects up to, and in excess of £100m construction cost.
We also carry out ‘Due Diligence’ exercises on behalf of the funding, advising on the risks associated with the development along with comments on cost and programme. When the project reaches the construction stage, we release funds on a regular basis and employ risk management strategies to identify potential issues and how they can be managed and update the client on progress and risk issues.
