Stamford Hill

We are excited to announce that work has started on Hackney Council’s award-winning project to build 132 homes in Stamford Hill.

Tower Court consists of four new Apartment Buildings including an Ambulance Depot, set in a mansion block design. Three blocks will be 6-storey, with the fourth being part-6 part-12-storey. The scheme will deliver 132 residential units which comprises of 33 council homes, 19 shared ownership and 80 private sale to help fund the development. Tower Court also boasts a high concept landscaping design with playable bridges, swales and bespoke planters to maximise the amenity and individuality of the outside space.

The scheme will house the Hatzola Ambulance facility, which is a Jewish-led Volunteer Ambulance Service, providing medical response to the North London Community, at no cost.
