Weโre proud to celebrate the topping out of Phase Two at Westhorpe Gardens & Mills Grove in Barnet with Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing, Hill Group UK, VKE Group and Barnet Council.
This comprehensive phased regeneration project includes 8 blocks of apartments and 2 rows of terraced housing, all set within extensive landscaped areas featuring play areas, planting and parking.
Phase 1a successfully delivered 79 homes, with residents moving in during 2023. Phase Two will add 172 new homes, including social rent and shared ownership properties, as well as a retirement living block tailored for independent living for those aged over 55. We are appointed as the CDM – Principal Designer, Cost Consultancy, Employer’s Agent, and Party Wall Surveyors.
Upon completion in 2026, this five-year regeneration project will provide over 250 homes, replacing and upgrading existing social rent properties and adding 149 affordable homes. Weโre proud to be part of a project that not only delivers much-needed affordable housing but also prioritises community engagement throughout the design process!
