We are pleased to announce the successful completion of Townsend House, a seven-storey building nestled in the heart of Victoria, London. Our role as the Quantity Surveyors involved overseeing the entire project, encompassing the demolition of the pre-existing structure and the construction of a red sandstone steel-framed building with full-height double-glazed bay windows and spandrel panels between floors.
We thoroughly enjoyed working on this project, working alongside ITC Properties (Townsend House) Company Ltd as the Client, Squire and Partners as Architects, RED Construction Group as Contractors, and Rockhopper Real Estate LTD as the Development Manager.
