We’re pleased to announce the successful completion of the UCL Teaching Spaces Refurbishment and Redecoration project for our client, University College London! The work involved refurbishing 19 teaching rooms across the Institute of Child Health Wolfson Centre, School of Pharmacy, and Royal Free Hospital buildings, along with redecorating 100 additional rooms across the Bloomsbury campus.
Putting sustainability at the heart of our work, we installed fully recyclable carpets and ceiling tiles, as well as acoustic panels crafted from 100% recycled materials (Zintra – Euro Beech). Coordinating around exams and events required seamless collaboration, achieved through live project updates and regular meetings with all stakeholders.
It was a pleasure working on this project, delivering Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, CDM – Principal Designer, Employer’s Agent, and Project Management services.
