We are proud to announce that our project Valley Drive, with Gravesham Borough Council, has been shortlisted for a Housing Design Award. We are providing Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor, Clerk of Works and Principal Designer services on this amazing project, working alongside Architects BPTW, Contractors Westridge Construction and the Developers Gravesham Borough Council.
The scheme is entirely for affordable housing and comprises the design and build of 48 new homes on the outskirts of Gravesend. The proposal consists of 2 blocks; Block A which is general needs and Block B for over 55’s independent. This project is due to complete in December 2021.
