We are delighted to announce that Potter Raper Ltd is becoming an ‘Employee Ownership Trust (EOT)’ from May 2022.
We have evolved from a handful of people in a single office in Beckenham in 1970, to 170 employees over 5 offices. A lot has changed over the years and this progression feels like a natural stepping stone in the right direction.
This change will give our staff more of a voice and more involvement in our business’s success. We will engage together, share opinions, make decisions, and have a collaborative approach to the business.
So, what will it mean for our Clients? Initially not a lot, you will see little change; same can-do culture, same level of service, same faces and same name. We are confident that the improved engagement of our staff will only improve the service that Potter Raper provides.
We believe this is a great opportunity for the business and will move it to the next stage of development.
