The second ‘Women in Construction Sussex event’ took place last week at Platf9rm in Hove. Hosted by ECE Architecture, these events support women in the construction industry and help to build confidence and promote gender equality across the construction sector.
Hosted by ECE Associate, Selina Walker, 6 inspirational women made up the panel and shared their ‘Journeys into construction and overcoming challenges’, this included our Brighton Director, Nicola Tilbury.
With extensive experience in the construction industry and a passion for supporting women in the industry and the professional development of our staff, Nicola is well placed to provide guidance and construction advice.
