We’re celebrating Women in Construction Week! At Potter Raper, we take pride in recognising the remarkable women who contribute their skills, talent, and dedication to shaping our industry. This year’s theme, ‘Keys to the Future’, celebrates the strength and knowledge of women and their pivotal role in shaping the construction industry’s future.

Employee Spotlight – Meet Abi
Meet Abi, who joined Potter Raper in 2018 as an office administrator and later advanced to Assistant Employer’s Agent in 2020. Abi provided technical support across diverse projects, from school refurbishments to residential builds, while pursuing an MSc in Project Management. Now a Project Manager/Employer’s Agent, Abi oversees projects like the 57-unit residential project in Wandsworth, London, as well as multiple mixed-tenure residential schemes across Sussex. She collaborates closely with clients, stakeholders, and teams to ensure successful outcomes aligned with project visions.
