Happy Women in Construction Week! We’re proud to celebrate the amazing women who work for us in the construction industry. We employ 58 women who bring their expertise and passion to every project they work on.
This week we are honouring and recognising our female employees for their hard work and dedication. We know that women in construction face unique challenges and obstacles, and we’re committed to creating an environment that is inclusive for all.
“I’ve been at Potter Raper for 14 years working my way up to a Board Director and the achievement of opening our Brighton office in 2017. The company supported me in gaining my LLM in Construction Law and I’m passionate about supporting our employees in their careers.
With industry experience of over 30 years, I am Chartered Project Manager, a mentor for the Future of London Leaders programme, an RICS Assessor and the Learning and Development Director for the practice.
Potter Raper values and acknowledges the hard work and dedication of all our female employees. We are committed to establishing an environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering. To facilitate this, I set up and run our ‘Women Informal Networking’ events, which provides a relaxed atmosphere for peer-to-peer networking across all levels.
It’s great to hear from some of our female employees and how they’re getting on – read some of their comments below.” Nicola Tilbury, Board Director.
